The Eldorado's comfortable bed and spacious walk-in shower make for a relaxing stay. Complimentary water and coffee are a nice touch, alongside a great coffee machine in the room. the hotel's central location offers easy access to dining options and ample parking, with kind and helpful staff adding to a pleasant experience.

Rooms were maintained well, staff super helpful, check-in smooth. Enjoyed the pool and good eats. Security was friendly, and no bathroom issues. Being short on towels for four was a minor hassle but not a deal-breaker 👍. Despite a slip in the shower , we had a great time and even a free buffet dinner for the family! Very nice trip overall!

The hotel had a central location in downtown Reno. We had lunch at nearby Mcdonald's, tried their fast food options. The rooms were good sized and newly decorated with a king bed.

The room was spotless and cheap with a nice view, and we slept very well.

The breakfast was free and savoury with a great selection of different food. The whole room was good sized and newly renovatedwith tub as well as a view of mountains. The location in a very nice area was particularly good and absolutely perfect and there were a bakery and gift stores nearby.

Great location, convenient to downtown attractions within walking distance. The room was comfortable and had electronic window shades for a modern touch. The staff provided quick and friendly assistance when we had issues with the bathroom door and coffee pot. The Brew Brothers and Roxy bar offered a fun atmosphere and the buffet had excellent service. Security was top-notch and the valet went above and beyond by personally driving us to the train station. The housekeeping staff did a great job and even replaced the mattress to accommodate our preferences. The view from the room was fantastic. a very positive experience and we would definitely return.

The hotel was placed in the central location near River. What's more, it was next to gift shops and food and the old tower. The pool was heated and I had complimentary drinks in the 24-hour bar. Really free Wi-Fi worked well in all rooms.

Clean place & efficient and friendly staff from the waiters in Roxy's Bistro to the front desk to the security guards at the elevator. Good-sized rooms, particularly nice views of the mountains. Favourable and absolutely perfect location - short walk to several good restaurants, an older casino, and casinos and food.

I recently stayed at Eldorado Resort Casino At The Row in Reno for a business trip, as it was chosen by my director. The Eldorado boasts a fantastic location right in the heart of downtown Reno, making it convenient to explore the local area. The range of dining options at the resort is impressive, with something to suit every taste. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor hot tub, which was a unique touch, and perfect for unwinding after a long day of meetings. The friendly and accommodating staff made my stay even more enjoyable, always ready to assist with any request.

Elevator attendant scrutiny was uncomfortable.

The room with a great view. Magnificent and unbeatable location to attractions like National Bowling Stadium, that was close to the hotel. I needed 5 minutes on foot to get to the downtown.

My room was reasonably spacious and cheap with the air conditioner, comfortable bed, and the check-out was efficient. The location was central, just off Amtrak & hood restaurants in casino, the music venues and a Vegas mega casino.

i had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at eldorado resort casino at the row. the rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed. the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel has a great location with lots of dining options nearby. i also found the value to be great, even with the required "resort" fee. i particularly enjoyed the great food at millie’s 24-hour restaurant, and the superb food at la strada italian restaurant. overall, i had a great time and a comfortable stay, and i would not hesitate to come back.

The hotel is reasonably large with efficient and best stuff members. The breakfast is savoury and varied, and the location is excellant just next door to the center of Reno and casino and restaurants and midtown for good food and drinks.
